Jim Geier

​With a staggering 30 years of hands-on experience, Jim Geier stands as a stalwart in the domain of planning, designing, analyzing, and executing wireless and wired communication systems and mobile devices. He is a prolific writer, having authored over a dozen books on pertinent mobile and wireless topics. Some of his acclaimed works include "Designing and Deploying 802.11n Wireless Networks" (Cisco Press), "Implementing 802.1X Security Solutions" (Wiley), and "Wireless Networking Handbook" (New Riders), among others.

His contributions extend beyond writing. Jim has been an active participant in renowned IEEE standards organizations, notably the IEEE 802.11 Working Group, and has engaged with the Wi-Fi Alliance. His leadership saw him serve as the Chairman of the IEEE Computer Society, Dayton Section, and steer various conferences.

In terms of his academic prowess, Jim boasts a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering, focusing on wireless communications, complemented by a master's degree in business administration.

Jonathan Christman

Jonathan Christman, fondly known as Jon, is an emblem of dedication in the Healthcare Information Technology realm. With a rich experience spanning over 20 years, Jon excels in designing and deploying technologies that bring forth immediate and lasting gains for healthcare institutions.

His strength lies in his exceptional communication skills, adept at simplifying intricate technical concepts for a diverse audience. Jon approaches challenges with zest, consistently delivering customer-centric solutions, amplifying product value, and fostering a bond of trust with hospital staff.

On the educational front, Jon has degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology. Further, he possesses an array of vendor-specific certifications, including the likes of Cisco CCNP-Wireless, CCNA, and CCDP, Microsoft MCSE and MCSA, along with numerous vendor-neutral certifications.

Jason Shearer

Jason Shearer, a senior sales and business process expert, brings to the table almost a decade of invaluable experience. His expertise encompasses managing top Senior Living providers' accounts in North America for a renowned Fortune 300 company. Jason is particularly adept in sales development strategies, both in-field and internally, and has a sharp focus on sales organization management and design.

He has pioneered the design, development, and rollout of multifaceted solutions to clients, orchestrating Strategy, Business Process Design, Organizational Design, Change Management, and IT. Additionally, Jason has overseen assessments for over 1,000 long-term care community resident safety systems across the nation. His profound understanding of customer operations, marketing, and sales makes him an indispensable consultant for technology transitions.
